Willy Auto Quote is software for repair shops to diagnose, price and quote jobs and to get customer approval. It is provided over the internet and may change over time.

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password private, and for everything done under your shop's accounts, including by team members you add.

You confirm you have the right to enter the customer and vehicle information you put in.

New shops get a 14-day free trial. After the trial, adding new quotes and team members needs an active plan. Your existing records stay viewable and exportable.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can change or cancel in the billing portal. Plan limits (team members and quotes per month) apply as shown on the pricing page.

The prices on your quotes come from the rates, markups, fees and taxes you set. Please check them.

Starter labor hours are typical estimates written for this app. They are not from a licensed labor guide, and real times vary by vehicle. Confirm or change them to match your shop before you rely on a quote.

Estimate and billing rules are a configurable tool, not legal advice. Laws differ by place and change. You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your shop: verify with your local legal requirements.

Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or overload it, to try to see another shop's data, or to send messages to people who have not asked for them.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may improve, change or remove features.

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from decisions you make using quotes, estimates or labor-hour suggestions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the service at any time and export your data first. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or is not paid for.
